The location is good

The deposit which I was told to pay extra £200 pounds which upto now not refunded, the check out time. The first apartment I was booked for was extremely hot and when I complained it was changed but they also charged me extra money for cleaning

I would have preferred a electronic access

Stairs..since I had several luggage cases. Would have preferred lifts.
