"Perfect place for a layover night"

Place was confortable and all guests had plenty of room. Location was super easy to get in from LHR T5, what was exactly what we needed to connect to our final destination the following day

Overall maintenance at the property was just a little past due. We couldn't find kitchen paper towels and there was only one roll of toilet paper but none of those details were an inconvenience whatsoever.

"Disappointing"

The property is clean, however it does’nt have A/c and no free ventilation.. which made it hot as hell in the summer… the staff were able to cancel my additional nights after a bit of persuasion… I think they try well.. but should seriously look into either getting an AC.

"Not worth the money."

Relatively close to Heathrow.

Hide-a-bed was filthy. Overall, cleanliness lacking. No air conditioning. If windows open, it's a busy, noisy street with traffic and people hanging around on the sidewalk.

"had fun with my friends"

it was spacious, easily accessible to transport, bedding nice and clean, quiet, another small sofa in front room would be good

only one toilet roll between all of us?!! nothing to dry dishes, no bin bags or bin liners, EXTREMELY hot - no air conditioning. sofa beds uncomfortable :-(
