All of it. A small but lovely house right in the centre of Kirkwall. Fully kitted with all that was needed and with really helpful hosts. It all worked extremely well thanks to Jimmy and Elaine. Many Thanks.

Lovely property with excellent facilities. Clean and comfortable. Location is spot on and it's just minutes to walk to numerous takeaways restaurants and bars as well as the high street. The home has been in the family for generations. The hosts were perfect and were quick to answer any questions.

Lovely warm and comfortable and well equipped cottage. Parking was just outside.

Location was excellent, a short walk to the centre of Kirkwall and just behind the main supermarkets, but despite being so central, the house was very quiet. Kitchen was well equipped and has a dishwasher so everything was super clean. Bedrooms were really comfortable and spacious.

Great place. Very comfortable. Everything worked. Excellent shower. Nearby free car park. The property is in a small cul de sac so parking and exiting could be tricky. However, car park was only 2 min walk away. Just outside the centre so very convenient to go in. Bit of a lonely walk home in the dark but overall felt safe.

A really excellent holiday cottage. The positives very far out way the minor negatives I mention.The property is very well appointed, clean and comfortable. There is a fully functioning kitchen, comfortable living room/diner, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a very good shower (no bath). The location is excellent with an easy level walk to the centre of Kirkwall.

The square itself is small and uninviting, but this didn't detract from the stay other than first impressions. Parking is possible, but tight and the exit out on to the main road has poor visibility. After the first night we opted to park in the nearby free car park which although small always had an available space.

We really loved the stay in the apartment. Very good value. The place was perfectly clean with all the facilities you could dream of. We were specifically impressed with how well the kitchen was equipped. We also loved our bedrooms and the dining room. The hosts kindly let us leave our luggage after check-out in the apartment, which gave us one extra hands-free sightseeing day in Kirkwall. There was a Tesco and a Lidl nearby, as well as a bus terminal. We definitely recommend the place!
