The property was very clean and had all the amenities you needed from kitchen ware to bathroom essentials. The owner thought of everything you might need making your stay effortless!

Parking had me worried but it wasn’t a problem ever, always had a spot right in front of the house!

Location is good, espacially for Mile High event, less than 10 mins driving away. The houseonwer prepared the place with all his heart I can tell you that.

The houseowners footsteps went on at 5 AM in the last morning I stay, that's the only thing I complain.

Very spacious basement apartment with all the amenities you need to cook and/or reheat food. The beds were super comfortable and there was washing detergent which is clutch as I stayed for a stretch of time and needed to wash all my clothes before leaving. Host was super kind, attentive and responsive to all my needs.

I didn’t like that the towels were short and thin. I did raise that with Jason and he kindly offered other towels but principally I believe they should have been offered at first instance. This is fairly minor and a personal preference.

Perfect location for our visit to Red Rocks and Mt Blue Sky. Still a short hop +- 30 mins to Denver and under 45 mins the the airport.

The flat was well appointed with all the necessities to make it feel like a home away from home!
