"Pleasant stay with accommodating host!"

Our host was very accommodating! The apartment had everything we needed and more. We had a very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay there again!

It’s a garden level apartment with the owner living above which is something to be aware of if you’re bothered by noise. The internet kept dropping out at times which meant so did the TV.

"A great space to enjoy the Denver area."

The property is a private entry lower level in which Jason lives above(we occasionally did hear footsteps from above). 2 bedroom with queen sized beds, 1 bathroom and living,dining and kitchen. We enjoyed the open layout of the place and the bedrooms were good sized. The bathroom is large and includes a washer/dryer which Jason provided detergent for. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and tools for cooking. Beds were comfortable and there are some short spots in the space but Jason has those posted already. Jason shoveled and salted entrance and texted me to let me know which was awesome of him. 10 minutes from Downtown Denver, 5 minutes to Sloan Lake, 20 minutes to Red Rocks. We will be back.

Colfax Ave is an interesting melting pot of experiences and people. Foot Steps- but thats just what wives complain about.

Jason thought about the small details, unit is pretty big, kitchen is perfect and you will find any tool you are looking for!! I had a full privacy and was very close to the city main areas
