Location was really great, and communication was very fast and easy with Jason. The kitchen had all the basic utensils required to cook a great meal if needed. Street parking was available right at the front door.

When we arrived, some of the kitchen items were not cleaned, but Jason was very helpful and rectified the situation immediately. A minor one, there was a cricket that was very loud all night long that resided by the window so if you are a light sleeper, you might struggle to use one of the rooms. Jason did provide a noise-making machine to help it, but that cricket was quite loud that it was still noticeable.

Owner was really friendly and welcoming. Place was nice and very comfy. I really appreciated the fans in each room (fan noise helps me sleep). Honestly it felt as close to home as possible. Jason, thank you for everything and next year when I return to Denver I will be looking to see if this bnb is available.

The apt was big and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. The host was so kind and the AC units were perfect to keep the place cool.

Beautiful kitchen, very well equipped. We were so happy too cook again.

Ceiling low in some places.(for someone who’s 6’4).

Very cute place and decor. I liked that we could catch up laundry while on the road, the location was perfect, and the house was very tidy!

Jason was the best host. He had a door code ready for us to let ourselves in. However, we happened to bump into him as we arrived, he was such a lovely person - so organized and helpful! The apartment itself was lovely and clean. I went with my boyfriend and a friend from Ireland, there were two lovely bedrooms with comfy queen beds for us and a fully functional kitchen and living area to hang out in. We wanted a base that was close by/equidistance from Rocky Mountain National Park, the Garden of the Gods, and the Red Rocks. This place was perfect for a 3-day hiking weekend.

It was large and comfy.

This felt like a home away from home. We were able to settle in and relax without feeling like we were missing any of the conveniences of home. It had plenty of light, was very clean, and had all the conveniences of home.
