Perfect space for what we needed, we needed somewhere last minute and arrived within 20 minutes of booking, host had warmed up the space which was a great bonus coming in from the cold!

"Perfect stay for nearer location to Hobbiton"

All what we needs were there. Location is superb, about 15-20mins driving to Hobbiton Movie Set.

Some area dusty and there is no stove for cooking but generally it was good
