"Great Place. Would Stay Again"

The accommodation was close to town, in a reasonably quiet area. Host was lovely! Bed comfy with extra bedding provided. Unique space that suited what we needed perfectly.

"Converted garage, no lounge , limited privacy"

The beds were comfortable. Location good for walking into Matamata.

A converted garage with limited privacy. Glass doors to enter then 2 steps down to the main living area which is just a table and chairs with fluorescent overhead lights.. A camera points directly into this room from the wall outside and opposite as does owners kitchen. In between the owner's house and garage is lounge furniture . The pictures depict this as part of the "apartment ". But it's outside with a roof only, too cold to sit there in April.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, Kate und Ben! Schöne Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, Bad und kleiner Küche und Essbereich. Waren nur eine Nacht hier und sind dann morgens 15 Minuten zum Hobbiton Film Set gefahren. Vielen Dank für die angenehme Nacht!

Keine Kochmöglichkeit. Keine Herdplatten. Wollten uns Pasta machen, haben dann aber nochmals etwas zum erwärmen für die Mikrowelle gekauft.

Great position. Everything was fine. Bed really comfortable and cosy. Nice hot shower and all little extras appreciated. Close to town centre.

Not much not to like. Cutlery a little hard to access. Apart from microwave no cooking facility. Rather awkward position of sink.
