Jedyne do czego można by się było doczepić to bardzo głośny wentylator w toalecie.

Easy check-in, instructions in case the owner wouldn't be at home, separate app even located on owner's property, very clean, big, affordable price, walking distance to Hobbitton information center

Really helpful hosts. Very nice rooms and kept very clean and pool was nice too.

Very comfy beds, close to where I needed to go, quiet neighborhood. I only briefly spoke to the hosts in person, but all communication was very friendly. Enjoyed my stay, will look for it if/when I come again!

Lovely peaceful location, very comfy beds an a much appreciated washing machine! Only one laundry pod though, would've been great to have 2. Nice and close to the main area of town where lots of restaurants and coffee shops are for dinner & brekkie.

Really nice set up and the rooms were large with comfortable beds. The air conditioner was welcomed as it was very warm and the pool an added bonus. A great place to stay and flit back and forth to tourist spots.

The whole place was clean and everything was labeled, this helpped alot at knowing where things were or were to go. Sadly I only got to meet one of the hosts Ben, but our chat was great and he's a really down to earth guy. I would highly recommend and will stay here again if I'm ever in Matamata again.
