We met the host on the day of arrival. Very friendly and with a lot of good information about the area. We loved his dog! Location was great.

"Good option for us before Hobbiton , and nice town ."

Roomy , homely and good stay at Matamatta Instructions via email found us the place after a couple of wrong turns . Didn’t see hosts but key in place and everything we needed . Washing machine was a bonus . Thanks .

"Great short stay with friendly hosts and clean and tidy property, short walk to town and quiet spot."

Fantastic property with large rooms, an amazing relaxed area by the pool and a short walk or drive to the city. Very close to the I-Site in Matamata. Very friendly hosts and very relaxed vibes. Was perfect to get ready at and easy to find.

The fridge was a little loud at night so for light sleepers it was hard to drift off.
