A great location close to town and Hobbiton. Great communication from hosts & very flexible with an extra At the last minute. 👍🏻😊

We stayed here to be close to our Hobbiton adventure the next day. It was an clean, easy-care place to stay. Parking can be tight on the street overnight but the owners were okay for us to park in the driveway. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay even with the rainy weather! :-)
