We only stayed for one night, so we didn’t make full use of the facilities, but nothing seemed lacking. Overall, it was a comfortable and cozy short stay, and the host was very quick to respond to my messages — which I really appreciated

Really nice cozy spot. It's really nicely located and gave me the chance to see everyting I wanted to see. It's at a 15 minutes drive from Hobbiton and 1 hour / 1 hour and a half from other destinations like : Huka falls, mount Maunganui, Rotorua.

Very roomy and well presented appartment.

Really noisy bathroom exhaust fan. Howling dog nearby for both afternoons...ok at night though.
