"Good location for Hobbiton, comfy, clean and very cosy property."

We loved the black bathroom suite and how it was all beautifully furnished. It was very homely and spotless. The beds were very comfy especially the bed with the electric reclining and head rests in the master bedroom.

Funky, unique and fun design. Very clean and tidy. Has all the amenities you might need for a short or longer stay.

Better for a couple or family with kids rather than a group of friends if you want to stay longer than couple of days.
