"Brilliant apartment in the best square in town"

It’s central location has all of the benefits of being in the buzz of the town centre but being up high there is no late night noise

"Perfect location for the centre of Monopoli"

Location is in the middle of the old town, which is very busy. Accommodation is on 2nd floor up steep flight of stairs with roof terrace another level up, but this provides some pleasant respite from the hubbub below. Gianni (owner) and Michela were so helpful, they made you feel so welcome.

"Fabulous place"

This property is an absolute gem 💛It’s in the middle of a beautiful square and all of the fabulous sights of Monopoli are on your doorstep. Too many fabulous restaurants to mention surround the property. It is the cleanest place I have ever stayed in , in Italy . The apartment is superb with every facility you need and a fabulous roof terrace to top it all off . Gianni the host could not have been more accommodating and helpful- even helped us with our bags on our arrival . I would definitely go back ☺️

"Fabulous. Love monopoli and the apartment was perfect."

Spacious clean well equipped apartment. Location on the edge of the old town was perfect with easy 15 minute walk to the station. Roof terrace was amazing and a quiet oasis. Gianni the host was so helpful with printing some paperwork and always accessible and his restaurant recommendations were spot on.

We were ok with the 57 stairs as we are quite fit and only had small bags but I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues or large luggage.
