Apartment Nusa Dua

Very spacious apartment, comfy beds, great view had everything we needed. Great location to access all the facilities of the resort which were fantastic and the staff at the Novotel were exceptional.

Beautiful apartment. Lots of room for 2 couples. Huge balcony overlooking the resort and pool. A few little issues but the owner was very prompt at getting them sorted. Delicious buffet breakfast.

Era grande y estábamos muy cómodos!

Reception is staffed 24/7 which was fantastic as we arrived late in the evening. The apartment itself is a luxurious delight. two king size bedrooms, two bathrooms and the lounge / dining area were all beautifully furnished. While it was just myself and my bestie, the accommodation would easily fit two couples, or a family of four. The buffet breakfast was great, the pool (and poolside cocktails) very refreshing. Overall I really loved the resort. Bob and Naruk helped me work all the buffet food off with a 7am 5km powerwalk around Nusa Dua every morning, followed up by a stretching / yoga class. I would definitely recommend this stay.

Only downside was the slowness of service at dinner time - we gave up after the second night as they forgot about our order both times, and only after prompting after 1 hour did they realise that they hadn't actually prepared our meals at all. There are plenty of great restaurants around so would suggest trying some of those instead.

Das Personal war unglaublich hilfsbereit und lieb. Als unsere Tür kurz nicht funktionierte, hatte man uns sofort geholfen. Danke! Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig. Es hat uns nichts an Equipment gefehlt. Der Pool war traumhaft. Mit einem Shuttle kommt man alle 15min zum wunderschönen Stand. Der ganz nah an der Unterkunft liegt. Sehr empfehlenswert!
