Bridgehaven Guesthouse is in a lovely location, just a short drive from local attractions. Julie made us feel very welcome with clear communication, and provided us with a continental breakfast including a homemade loaf of bread with homemade (I presume) jams and spreads, which were delicious! The guest house was roomy and updated, with a full kitchen, comfortable beds and a bathroom with plenty of storage shelves. Parking was conveniently directly beside the property. The beautiful gardens are well-maintained.

The peaceful location. ample parking room, awesome gardens (better when it's not windy and raining) Ample Continental breakfast, Superb Homemade Bread. Very High Quality and comfortable accommodation.

Not much. maybe traffic from the main road, or the odd train passing through, depending on how still the night was.

Breakfast was great. Fresh bread and spreads. Beds were comfortable.

The house is much bigger than expected. Loved the homemade bread and jams left for us. Very comfortable home.

There was no furniture down by this beautiful fire they have. Just a huge concrete area with nowhere to sit, seems like a missed opportunity. Also the trains running through the night were pretty loud.

Breakfast was so amazing- beautiful homemade bread and preservatives. Lovely continental selections. This place is just fabulous and would highly recommend for Hobbiton and stay a couple days and chill. Lovely gardens, so clean, big and very peaceful
