Great location

I thought I was renting a hotel room, so imagine my surprise to find out that not only did the front desk staff have no idea what was going on, I had to manage everything over email. Probably won't do this again.

High end condo living.

Limited parking.

The location and security!

Only allowed to have one key. Husband and I had to coordinate departures, if not together. Two apartment keys and one parking date would have been perfect.

Flood damage required maintenance but we were not notified and requested a refund, and were told booking will deal with it. Which they don't.

Apartment was fine.

But the property is managed remotely and the managing company is massivley incompetent. I was given the wrong code for the lockbox. I had to repeatedly ask questions to get answers. The answers were typically uninformative. I was told the building is open 24/7 in fact it is closed 24/7. The keyring had an electronic item that allowed building entry. Only after two days in the apartment did i find this out from a security guard; not from the property managers. I cannot recommend anyone staying at this apartment and having to deal with these hopeless managers.
