Easy and prompt communications with staff

The only thing is that I selected and paid for a Queen bed in the bedroom but it definitely was a full.

I liked the location.

Although coffee was available, no sugar or creamer was - and I needed those in order to have the coffee. I was also disappointed that there was no laundry detergent available. One reason I selected this room was because of the laundry amenities. But when I discovered last minute that there was no detergent available, I ended up having to pack my dirty clothes. Not what I wanted to do! Lastly, the quality of the shampoo, conditioner and bath gel provided was really poor (Sauve brand).
