Location is fantastic

When opening the blind, it came off its fittings from about 12 feet, landing on me. The main issue i have was that in the morning, the toilet would not flush. I called the owner to explained he would be over to fix it right away (obviously, we could not shower or get ready until he had fixed the toilet.) It was an hour before he arrived (9am.) I was told that we still had to out of the property by the checkout time of 10am. I would not be writing this review if the checkout time was not extended for the hour it took him to correct the blocked toilet. It was fixed in a matter of minutes

It’s dirty, the beddings had not been changed from the previous customer, there were hairs on the bath towel

Blinds broken so light shining in windows all night and early hours.

A fantastic location and a wonderful property. So much to do in the surrounding area and a perfect space to come back to. The host was lovely and I highly recommend.

Location was excellent and liked that tea and coffee were provided

Great value stay in the fantastic RWY. I read all the reviews before booking and lots of complaints about minor things but to be honest you cannot complain when you are paying less than 100 pounds a night with parking to stay in such a wonderful development. Ok it could have a bit of a refresh but then you would pay double. I would definitely stay again, had a great nights sleep and is such a peaceful location.

Location as expected

Umm. I chose not to use the kitchen facilities and really disappointed with the standard of cleanliness. Kevin if you are paying for a cleaner as I have been charged then you need to find someone else. The floors were dusty and dirty, the kettle has been boiled dry I assume by a previous guest. Overall the entire place needs some care and attention, with new fitting blinds and a bed that doesn’t squeak. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was a disappointment for me and I stayed out only returning at sunset. I am happy to send you photos as the owner, I won’t post them on here.
