4/5g signal was a problem which meant it took a while to get the instructions to get into the property.

Cleanliness was lacking. Whilst there was fresh bedding and towels the floors and surfaces were not clean.

The location was great, & free parking. Kevin the owner seemed friendly.

The blind was broken, which wouldn’t usually bother me but as its floor to ceiling windows, everyone walking by could see in, so not ideal. The bed was very creaky, so getting a full nights sleep didn’t happen. The apartment is right next to the main stairwell and you can hear other residents, which woke us up a lot. It was jam packed with furniture (mainly chairs) so was hard to find space to put our suitcases (we ended up having to have it by the front door). Only half a toilet roll was left so we had to go buy some for the stay. We actually left a night early as we couldn’t do the 3rd night in the bed.

Kevin was very responsive. Generally, quiet. Value for money.

Lack of USB sockets. Bring a charger!

What an amazing little hideaway, never stayed in royal William yard before and so this was a lovely surprise of a place. Perfect for a weekend get away and been where it is you can walk pretty much every where
