The Blyde - Crystal Lagoon Penthouse Apartment

The Location

The Property was dirty. Cockroaches were crawling all of the kitchen, which it made it difficult to enjoy the play and also scared my children. How do you even utilise such a dirty house, the whole house was just dirty. The towels were not changed as per the house rules. There’s no back up, load shedding everyday, the WiFi data kept on depleting. The microwave door is burnt and not opening properly. The shower door is not opening you must lift it to open it. The dirt under the bed when I dropped my ring… it’s just another level of no caring. House 1252, on block 122. And I spoke to the owner before arrival to say can she make sure that I don’t get pests and she said she will do her best and she could even raise a finger. The furniture has scratches and very damaged. I will share the pictures. Beds are dirt, mattresses and headboards and chairs. It’s just bad.

Nothing did not sleep over. Smell in there horrible like sweat. Ceiling in front of apartment open.

Location not safe. Renters should be warned. Photo of apartment vs reality is not the same.

I liked the fact that the apartment was the last floor and I had the best view

The apartment didn't have any toiletries at all

The room was clean

We couldn't use the ironing board and the room was in the third floor and we must use the stairs. So I have to make sure that I have everything that I needed because to go back downstairs it was a mission for me.
