Excellent booking ease and facilities

Horrible personnel. The lifeguards handling the canoeing on Thursday were very rude. The security guard when accessing the lifestyle center on Thursday practically shouted at me for being barefoot even as my partner tried explaining that I didn't know I needed to put on my shoes to get out.

Everything about the property

WiFi was not connecting the whole days of our stay and we were never told that some activity we have to pay for them as in our stay we never see additional fee on those activities as we thought that everything has been covered in the amount that we pay hence every activity on our package the was no saying additional fee
