The Blyde - Crystal Lagoon Penthouse Apartment

The lagoon

My stay was extremely disappointing. The stairs to the 3rd floor were exhausting, and the room was a letdown compared to the pictures. It was smaller than expected, with an uncomfortable couch and bed. The fridge wasn't working, which caused my food to spoil. Despite reaching out to the host for help, I didn't receive any assistance. Additionally, the resort's layout was inconvenient for those without vehicles, requiring a 5km walk to the gate with no Uber option. The security at the lagoon entrance was also unfriendly. Overall, my experience was unpleasant.

I enjoyed the beach the most and the privacy of the apartment.

I liked the lagoon so much.that is where I enjoyed myself even the atmosphere was great👌

In the room I was bored because i was only able to watch you tube ,the Netflix was not playing and it was only the that two options YouTube and Netflix

It near the lagoon

No headboard, one sideboard, broken ironing board , no full body size mirrors….really disappointing

The only little issue which was not a train smash was the shower door in the main bedroom could not open but the host was willing to send someone to come fix it, however, we were going out.

The pool

It was not fully clean and we didn't even have warm blankets

Not enough kitchen utencils..Only 1 wine glass and 2 drinking glasses. The towels were damp and smelled like perspiration. The bedding was stinking of perspirstion. Nrw pillows shoyld be bought. Duvets and blankets need replacing.Pans and pots need to be replaced. A heater for living area is needed. Coffee,tea and sugar containers were full of lumps. The Penthouse label is very musleading and it did not meet my expectstions.
