"Not what I was expecting, I was so disappointed I didn't even go to the gate to get the tags for the beach"

Firstly they gave me a wrong apartment, not the one I booked, then I had to constantly call to get a new code for the gate, never told me that we need tags for the beach, I had to find out while at the gate of the beach
