View was fabulous. Sun all day on the terrace. Bed very comfortable. Lift to bring cases up was great. Excellent location

Hot water very slow to come in. Toilet doesn’t flush at the front of the bowl. Could do with a coffee table by the sofa. Lighting is bright so a floor lamp would be great in the evening. All minor issues that did not spoil our holiday

We loved everything about this apartment. The owners (who live in the apartment next door) are delightful. The location is very convenient and very quiet, the views are amazing and the very modern apartment has everything you need.

"A great time at the tip of Ortigia - easy walk to anywhere on the island"

Very up-to-date apartment- a beautiful space inside and out. The patio is fantastic and huge and the view is wonderful. Fabrizio is a great host and super informative. The apartment is on the 5th floor - but there is a lift!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property - it exceeded our expectations
