Fabrizio showed us everything about the wonderful apartment. It was spotlessly clean and everything is high quality. The location is perfect and the private balcony and view is fabulous. A real gem.

Instruction for identifying the apartment building, entering and taking elevator to the relevant floor could be clearer.

Lovely spacious apartment in a great location

This apartment was like our own oasis, the most beautiful views of Ortigia. We had sunset and sunrise views - absolutely stunning. Fabrizio - the owner was so hospitable and helped us to book taxis and answered questions as needed. Very beautiful apartment. Great amenities and we had lovely welcome drinks waiting for us which was very refreshing after a hot day of travel. Thank you Fabrizio.

We rented two one bedroom apartments. Both were large and recently renovated to a high standard. The terraces are huge and private with a great view out to sea and over the Ortegia rooftops. The air conditioning worked well and easily dealt with the mid summer Sicily heat. We would definitely rent here again

The property is so close to great restaurants and swimming/tanning areas. You can also sun bathe on the beautiful terrace connected to the property, with great views of the surrounding area. The shutters for the windows and sliding door help to maintain the cool temperature inside so it’s always such a relief coming back after walking around in the summer sun. This is a great property to stay in if you want to enjoy all that Ortigia has to offer! Fabrizio was so accomodating and check in & check out was a breeze.

The property was immaculate with the most beautiful view of Ortigia. We loved the high quality, modern facilities while there was a real care to ensure it matched the traditional town. Fabrizio was the most wonderful and caring host and made our stay even more enjoyable. I am only filled with positives when talking about this property.

An absolutely wonderful apartment. Fabrizio is a wonderful host: an excellent communicator, generous and flexible. The apartment is very spacious, very quiet and has a huge terrace with sea and local views. There is a parking garage under the building but be sure to book it in advance. The apartment is right in the centre.
