Fabrizio (and his mom) are exceptional hosts, and so accommodating to my arrival al time. The studio is in a quiet building right in the center of everything. Its clean, comfortable, decorated nicely. For the price, i could. Ot have hoped for more. I highly recommend a stay here.

La posizione, perché girando un po' si trova da parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente e comunque nelle vicinanze c'è un parcheggio a pagamento. Ortigia è vicina e si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. La signora Paola è stata gentilissima ,al nostro arrivo, assieme al marito ,ci ha tenuto il posto per l'auto davanti alla struttura.

Clean and cozy apartment, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed, very quiet! Great location, very close to Ortigia and surrounded with cafes and restaurants! The owner was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

Just an excellent and peaceful location close to everything at a very decent price. Fabrizio is an easy going wonderful guy and my favorite host so far after 21 days in Italy. Bus and trains 7 to 8 minute walk supermarkets and restaurants are 5 mins. The apartment is in a very quiet alcove. And there is a closeline to dry your clothes

Sehr entgegenkommend hinsichtlich Check-In Zeit. Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe. Supernetter Vermieter, der gute Tipps für die Stadt und Essensempfehlungen geben konnte, das Apartment gezeigt und die wichtigsten Dinger erklärt hat. Das Apartment ist klein aber sehr gemütlich, die Eingangstüre ist gleichzeitig das Fenster - für mich völlig ausreichend. Neues, top gepflegtes Bad. Alle wichtigen Einrichtungen vorhanden inkl. Kühl- und Gefrierschrank und wunderbar regulierbarer Klimaanlage! Die Lage ist hervorragend - direkt am Busterminal von dem alle Stadtbusse abfahren und nur ca. 200m. vom Interbus Terminal. 100m entfernt ein guter und sicherer Luggage Storage (zwischen Interbus Terminal und Apartment gelegen). Nur 10min. zu Fuß in die Altstadt Ortigia oder 20min. bequem zu Fuß zum Archäologischen Park.
