I AM Ortigia - Alfeo

Lovely, clean little apartment with everything you could need to be self sufficient. Ideal for one or two people. Short walk to everything. Cold air-conditioning.

The bed was so hard, it gave me a backache. Need a more comfortable mattress.

Location is great, Ortigia is 3minutes of walk. Fabrizio is amazing host, full of recomendations and always there to help with some questions about the city.

Because there is no windows (except small one in the bathroom) you can feel and smell humidity in the room, there is no circulation of air. Bed is extremely uncomfortable and hard.

A well located, comfortable apartment with very good amenities.

There are no outside windows in the apartment, the only one goes to the inner courtyard.

Cozy, cute little studio, perfect for one person or a couple. The location was great, right near the train and bus stations but also only a few minutes from the old town - so convenient, yet safe and very quiet. It had everything I needed for a couple of days. Good pressure in the shower, good WiFi, good AC. The host was very responsive and really kind. I would 100% stay here again on my next visit.

If you want to bask in the sunlight inside the apartment, this place is not for you as it's quite dark. This didn't bother me at all as I was out for most of the day, in fact I appreciated the undisturbed sleep-ins in the morning.

The location is great and the hosts are extremely helpful and available. I had to do one morning of remote work while there and the wifi worked perfectly. The bed was firm and comfortable and the bulding itself was pretty quiet.

The only thing I can think of is the lack of windows (except in the bathroom) which I didn't expect from the pictures. A part from that, all good!
