Nice place. Good location. Fabrizio (the owner) was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the apartment.

Generally very pleased. We found it a little awkward getting the keys and inside, but it was fine once we did. A lot of travellers don't have open access to Internet, etc., so not all methods of access/communication work for everyone. Grazie Fabrizio!

Located in the center of the city, it is a convenient place for sightseeing, shopping, and eating and drinking. Everything was comfortable! The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. We had delicious coffee, tea, and snacks. thank you very much!

Great location, good value for money; Fabrizio was most kind and friendly; shared tips on what to visit and helped us find the best spots in Siracusa and around. Easy to find parking places for free.

No direct window except for the entrance and bathroom.

Nice little flat with good space for a couple. Just out side to ZTL but found a car park .

Bed was a little firm for my taste.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy and functional room. It was strategically located to be reached by car and then easily walk to Ortigia. The host was very helpful in providing us with all the info and tips we needed to have a great experience in Syracuse. Finally, it was a great value for money. We recommend it!

This was a beautiful little apartment. Very clean and has everything you need. It is close to Ortigia but also in a quiet spot, so good for sleeping too. The host, Fabrizio, was fantastic. From first communication right through the whole stay he kept in touch and had great advice. Excellent!

extremely well located. only steps to bridge into Ortigia. friendly staff. also there was free parking in from of apartment

no windows to the outside. I guess this offset the incredible closeness to Ortigia

This appartment is in walking distance to Ortigia, the train station and to the ancient site. Cafes for Breakfast and a bakery also very near. Very nice host. Rooms are clean, good shower and toilet.

The entrance door is the only window to the room, so the room is rather dark. We didn't like the room-fragrance (lemon) too much.

I took the location to be close to both the amphitheater and Ortigia. It is well located to both as everything is short walk. Very well organised studio flat perfect for solo traveller or couples. The hosts Alessio and Fabrizio are very helpful and friendly.
