Appartamento molto spazioso e luminoso in pieno centro storico. A piedi si raggiunge tutto in 15 minuti. Fornito di ogni elettrodomestico non ha richiesto l'acquisto di nulla. Ascensore presente.

"Schöne Wohnung in Top-Lage"

Die Lage der Wohnung an einer Gasse, die zur zentral gelegenen Placa Redona führt, ist fabelhaft. Grosser Markt, Placa de la Reina, Placa de l'Ajuntament sind alle in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es in der Wohnung ziemlich ruhig: Kein Strassenlärm und keine Musik von Bars etc. Einen gewissen, aber kaum störenden Lärm gibt es vom unterhalb der Wohnung liegenden Restaurant.

Wir haben eine Wohnung mit einer Terrasse gemietet. Die Terrasse lag aber in einem Lüftungsschacht und war damit faktisch unbrauchbar. Insgesamt erscheint mir dies unfair, zumal auf der Booking-Homepage auch wesentlich schönere Terrassen abgebildet sind.

"Ottima posizione, sgradevole odore nella casa e rumorosa"

L’odore sgradevole che veniva dagli scarichi del bagno e il rumore dalla strada fino alle 2 di notte e le immagini non era reali, non c’era il terrazzo.

Check-in un po’ difficoltoso, divano letto “scricchiolante”. Isolamento acustico inesistente, rumori dalla strada fino alle 2-3 di notte (appartamento primo piano)
