Locatie centrum Valencia. Goed contact met beheerder.

Boven restaurant. Veel lawaai en brommende ventilatie van het restaurant direct onder het slaapgedeelte. Resonerend gebrom van 7 uur ochtend tot middernacht of zelfs later.

"À éviter malgré un emplacement idéal du fait du bruit insupportable venant des cuisines du restaurant en dessous"

L’emplacement

Le bruit insupportable venant d’une machine du restaurant en dessous fonctionnant de 7h à 2h du matin . Très dur de s’endormir et insupportable sur plusieurs jours. L’appartement manque aussi de lumière. Les photos sont aussi trompeuses. La terrasse est minuscule et dans une cour de 2 sur 2 avec du vis à vis de toute part.

Квартира расположена в центре, на кухне есть все для готовки, по запросу предоставили бесплатно стульчик для ребенка

Ужасно воняет канализацией по всей квартире, неправильно сделана канализация и весь запах выходит, к тому же в доме есть общая вентиляция и когда соседи жарили курицу весь запах был в квартире. Заселяет менеджер, то есть если вы приезжаете поздно, то нужно оплачивать дополнительно. Я указала время заселения - последнее из доступного без дополнительной оплаты - мне прислали письмо, что это выходной и будет платно, хотя на сайте указано другое. Я оспорила и они согласились. В душе на стене плесень. Менеджер сказала «завтра уберут» и никто не пришел, когда я ей написала, ответили, что произошло недоразумение С вытяжки капало масло нажаренное Не хватает света днем, а ночью нет штор блек-аут и светло в комнате Диван скрипит Тапочек не дают На сайте размещены несколько квартир. Я пишу о той, у которой телевизор на красном фоне
