Apartment was spacious and layout nice. Location was perfect.

Room 17 that we were put in smells horribly. The sewage smells was coming into the apartment through the bathroom. The bathroom sink was clogged and unusable. It was an unpleasant and unhealthy situation. I got a headache after staying in there for a few hours. I neded medication to get through it. Stayed out late for as long as I could. I asked for a room change or for a refund to find another accommodation. Both were not given. I went to look at past reviews and realized this is an ongoing issue for this hotel, and yet not fixed. When I pointed out the smell, they first acted like it was unknown to them. But they sent someone to try and mask the smell by pouring some products down the drain. It did not work. We were willing to walk away from it all and get another accommodation. Unfortunately all the surrounding hotels were fully booked because of a sporting event. We gave up and stayed since it was only for one night. We had to open the windows and turn on the fan to improve the air quality. The staff was initially welcoming when we checked in, but became unfriendly and unresponsive on WhatsApp after we indicated the product did not mask the smell. If this was the US, the hotel will be shutdown until issues fixed. I learned my lesson the hard way. I will stick to staying in Hotels with a reception and staff going forward to reduce the chances of this happening to me again.

L’emplacement au centre de la ville

Lit mou et trop bas. La salle de bain aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Les sols sont gondolés. La soit disant « terrasse «  est un patio intérieur!!!! Bruit insupportable d’une ventilation du restaurant en dessous et très bruyant malgré un double vitrage! Cerise sur le gâteau: présence de cafards!

Good Location

Very basic accomodation, not great details, smelled of humidity.

Location is excellent! Everything is nearby. Hosts were very attentive (Eduardo gave us detailed instructions and recommendations). The apt was very clean and had all the amenities

Smell from bathroom is a bit disturbing, sofa is not comfortable for sleeping.

The location could not be better. This apartment is in the heart of the old town very close to the cathedral. It provides easy access to the central market, shops, public transport and all the main sights of the city. It is easy to walk everywhere from here. The apartment is comfortable and spacious and was well kitted out with everything one could need including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. We really enjoyed our stay.

Inevitably, (given the central location and that this is a lively part of the city surrounded by shops and restaurants), there was some noise late into the evening. We are good sleepers and didn't mind but it may impact if you are someone who struggles to sleep at the best of times. The bathroom is not well ventilated and had a slightly unpleasant "drainy" smell.
