Good location - сlose to the beach. Turia Park and the City of Arts and Sciences can be reached on foot in 25 minutes.

The room is very damp and smells of mold. Poor lighting due to lack of a normal window.

"Disappointing"

We liked the location of the apartment. Quiet and clean street. Located near the beach, the market and some nice restaurants/coffee places. The owner is really nice, polite and easy to communicate with.

The apartment is dark and not well taking care of. The kitchen (cabinets, equipment, fridge) is dirty so we couldn't prepare our meals inside. The sofa and the bed were broken and dirty as well. We even got dirty bedroom sheets (that were later replaced on our request). There are some poor-quality lights that shine all the time so it's tough to sleep. The outdoor place is not as nice as we thought it would be (not a terrace with the sunlight, just a small place between the walls). Would not recommend.
