The room was clean, surprisingly spacious and well equipped, it had all the facilities that were in the description. The service was really helpful. Big plus for the air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. Location was also fine- close to the beach and metro station (+/- 10min), 90m from Mercadona, and 3min away from a bus stop from where you can easily get to the city centre

There were some visible signs of use in the apartment, some parts should be replaced or refurbished, e.g. the bathroom door was scratching the floor (I assume it was damaged by moisture and water). The neighbour from the 1st floor was constantly making noise (he was dropping ball i suppose) and you could hear people and cars on the street. The kettle didn't work.
