- the dirty apartment (I found used condom wrappers) - for a stay of 9 nights two people only one set of towels - very, very uncomfortable bed - lack of cleaning products - mold in the bathroom - very creepy washing machine (we wouldn't use it) - chipped dishes and poor kitchen utensils - the air conditioner full of mold - the apartment is covered with a concrete floor, because it gets very hot in high temperatures - the location is ok - lack of communication from those who administer it. I did not receive the access code until I called, it was also replaced without notifying me (when I wanted to leave the keys for check-put)
