La ubicación es buena

No tiene ascensor, las escaleras son muy angostas y empinadas, no pasa más de una persona a la vez por las escaleras. Nos quedamos por fuera de la habitación porque la chapa no servía, la única vez que contesto la anfitriona y menos mal fue así, fue para entrar porque nos toco cambiarnos de piso porque no pudimos entrar. Además no había papel higiénico, no servía el Wifi, la cama estaba muy incomoda y nunca nadie nos respondió.

La ubicación y la limpieza

Estuve esperando desde la 1 de la tarde hasta las 23 de la noche para recibir respuesta por parte de este alojamiento sin poder ingresar al apartamento porque no respondían telefono, ni correo, ni WhatsApp, llegué con mi hijo y estuve sentada esperando por horas sin poder descansar y poder disfrutar de mi viaje, recomiendo cero este lugar, no sabía qué hacer en una ciudad que no conocía con maletas y un niño caminando y buscando otro hotel con cero disponibilidad por la temporada, así que arruinaron todo mi viaje y cuando me respondieron ni ofrecieron una mínima disculpa
