"Excellent first visit to Valencia."

The location was great and convenient for getting around. Hosts were excellent and easy to contact. Would recommend to anyone.

Only thing I can comment on was the lack of an ironing board as my sone was best man at a friends wedding and trying to iron his suit on a table was a little difficult but not impossible. Other than that, excellent facilities.

"Prima verblijf,"

Schoon alles wat je nodig had was er. Fijn contact met de verhuurder, en super schoonmaak personeel.

Lawaai van buren. En het is niet echt op loopafstand naar het centrum , reizen voor het strand , en bezienswaardigheden.

La casa era muy espaciosa y tenía todas las facilidades que se pusieran necesitar. Además estaba todo muy limpio y el personal muy amable y poniendo todas las facilidades posibles. Tiene supermercados y comercios por la zona lo que facilita mucho las cosas.

The location is good, close to everything. There is all the basic needs in the apartment. The host was kind to include a pack of coffee that helped us survive the morning of the arrival. I loved the washing/drying machine. Beds were also with clean and comfortable mattresses.

Fireworks in the neighborhood was a bit noisy(but I believe it was everywhere in the city that night). Also not very energy efficient apartment. Also not a problem for a guest. We just used a heater.

Quiet. Close to supermarket and local restaurants. TV good if you subscribe to a streaming service.

Flat chilly on arrival in December and took some time to warm up as 5.75kw limit on electricity required care in use of cooker and heating appliances. Fortunately we were only using one of the 3 bedrooms.

"Bon appartement 3 chambres pour le prix"

Le prix est très raisonnable pour un appartement 3 chambres.. l'emplacement est très bien.. bon compromis entre ville et plage (beaucoup de transports accessibles facilement pour toutes directions). Porche du parc. Le propriétaire répond rapidement. La literie du lit double est correcte.

Bien évidement a ce prix, tout n'est pas parfait.. le chauffage et isolation est un gros point faible.. il fait vite très froid dans l'appartement en hiver et très chaud en été car l'airco n'est pas mieux..le canapé est tres limite pour 2 personnes pour regarder confortablement la télé le soir. dommage aussi qu'on ne peut pas laisser nos bagages quelques part si d'autres clients viennent après..
