Excellent location, well equipped, spacious and comfortable

Hot water tank not big enough for four guests

The location is good, the interior is tasteful.

The humidity and the smell due to it is nothing I have ever experienced before - we stayed for a whole week and never got used to the smell 🤢 We found a mouldy wooden spatula in the drawer in the kitchen... There were no trash cans neither in the kitchen nor in the bathroom so we used some buckets we found in the storage. Worst thing - the stairs turn out to be really dangerous, my friend slipped and fell, we spent half a day in the ER and the rest of the holiday was greatly affected due to that she couldn't properly walk. So please use shoes at all times and don't walk with socks.

Furniture and all details inside created an unforgettable stay. There is a really large kitchen and blend of old authentic house with new design is really great! A perfect blend for relaxation and visiting all major attractions is just steps away. Host was very fast to respond to any request we had. Highly recommend we will be back soon.

The property is a death trap the stairs are dangerous and there is no hand rail , my mother in law fell from the top to the bottom and spent the holiday in hospital having a ct head and body scan , she had broken bones and a serious head injury the owners were far from interested or helpful when it came to leaving bags while we were at the hospital or even a later check out , even though the property wasn’t being occupied again …stay here at your peril it is not suitable for the young or old and it is marketed as a ground floor flat ! Also mould in shower and other peoples dirty towels left at the property and a kettle that couldn’t be used because it needed a adapter, which the host suggested that I should go out and buy

The stairs and the hosts

Well located in walking distance to the city center. Little shops & restaurants nearby. The interior is looking nice but it could be renovated again.

Fumigation quite high, especially in the basement/kitchen. We needed to empty the absorbers twice every day. The air was still warm and sticky. The kitchen equipment isn’t the best and not proper cleaned. Sand fall down frm the sealing every day and needed to be cleaned frequently. The reality doesn’t match the expectations after looking the pics and following explanations from the host. The attached pictures refer to the kitchen!

Probably if I had an apartment disegned and furnished so well I would be jealous and wouldn't rent it : wonderful! Wondeeful apartment and wonderful position

These are notes only for future improvements, absolutely not claim: the water from the shower runs very slowly, the toilet paper holder comes off the wall, it would be useful to provide an adapter between the English and European socket.

Great location. Close to central Valletta and a minimarket within 50 meters. Excellent washing machine and dryer and aircon in bedrooms. Super close to a bus stop to avoid the hill into town if you dont feel like it. Close cafes and restaurants.

The stairs could do with handrails. Do need to ensure you empty dehumidifier twice a day. This is typical for an old building built into rock.
