Casa molto accogliente,pulita e ben posizionata. In particolare il terrazzino privato è un valore aggiunto per la casa.

Pohodlné ubytování, čisté, útulné. K dispozici vybavená kuchyně, pračka a fén na vlasy. Ochotný pan domácí, který nám pomohl seřídit klimatizaci. Byli jsme spokojení. :-)

Great location easy to walk to Ortigia . Convenient for bus stop and train station. Lovely clean apartment Comfy bed

Better signage for the property outside, Hard to find in the street. Main door handle to apartments needs attention coming loose.

The location and the terrace were perfect. However, the apartment was pretty cold (we stayed in March/April), no sun light and all the windows to the wall. For this reason, the apartment is dark and cold. Also the bathroom was small, but it’s okey, understandable. However the water pressure was very low, and even sometimes we did not have a hot water for a while.

Everything was clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

No kitchen amenities, not even for making a simple breakfast.

The coffee provided was appreciated as you never know what coffee maker will be at the next spot so provided one cup per person per day is great. The sun deck was great to dry out laundry on and to nap one afternoon! It gets the sun all day long!!

The property was a short distance from Ortigia but at times we didn’t feel 100% safe walking after dark.

Rooftop terrace needs a bit of tlc but lovely
