The apartment was beautiful and cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped and the rooftop terrace was just gorgeous! Raffaele, the host, was flexible and welcoming, check-in went very smoothly. The city center and Ortigia are walking-distance.

The fact that there were additional tools such as the beach ombrellas, they welcomed us with the bottle of water, tissue and toilet paper, coffee and tea. Location is good for going out of Siracusa easily. Parking space easy to find .The pretty terrace. The bed and cushion were very comfortable which is very important. Toilet was cleaned.

The kettle was broken. The gas of the kitchen not always working very well all the time. Sometimes the air con take a while to start to run. The hair drier not always working well with the plugging. The floor has some hair and wasn’t very cleaned. The door at the entrance was hard to get open and need fixing. The same towel for a week ideally needed to get changed after 4 days.

The terrace is AMAZING!

Friendly host, typical beautiful italian house, easy get in! Balcony was my favourite! We had a really really great time in Siracuse!! Thank You again!

Great little room on the roof, laundry and cooking available, bed was good. It's near the Santa Lucia church too. The couple owning it is very nice.

A bit far away from ortygia, and there's no taxi's or nearby ride sharing. The neighborhood is a bit rough and noisy. No elevator either.
