8 Berth on The Chase Ingoldmells Nordstar

It wasn't central so it was quieter which was nice, Amenities near by and big caravan with plenty of room for 6

No heaters worked and it was really cold 2nights and the fire itself was working but not very well,no trays for cooking food on, it wasn't particularly clean,there was only half a toilet roll,in general the cooking facilities need updating and Heating and could do with all the marks on the walls either a real good scrub or redecorating.We left it alot cleaner then how it was but the Caravan had plenty of space and nicely located near to Beach and few shops. In General things just need updating to make it a much better Accommodation and I'm only saying this cos I think it does need Revamping especially when it's opening season.

Good location, close to the beach and local restaurants/bars

Dirty when arrived with long black hair all over the bathroom floor and shower facilities, no heating at all apart from the fire and a couple of electrical heaters that you can’t leave on over night, no cleaning products to tidy up before we left

I like the location very close to all entertainment

Having all the bedrooms and the nice dining table and everything I needed

No radiators in bedrooms I'm guessing due to being an old van ... We used the heaters but had to keep turning them off for safety but was freezing .. Did go in April tho 😂

The moment we left earlier than planned!!

I recently stayed at this caravan and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from the moment I arrived. The property was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness — it was visibly filthy throughout, with dirt and grime in multiple areas that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. What made matters worse was the presence of mouse droppings inside the caravan, which is both unhygienic and concerning from a health perspective. On top of that, there appeared to be fleas inside, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. There were also issues with the electrics and lighting. Several lights were not working, and when I contacted the host about this, I was told to “play around” with it myself to try and fix the issue. This is not only unhelpful but also potentially unsafe, as guests should not be expected to handle faulty electrical systems. Overall, the condition of the caravan and the lack of proper support from the host made this a very negative experience. I would strongly advise the host to address cleanliness, pest control, and maintenance issues urgently, as well as improve their approach to guest safety and customer service

We all enjoyed are stay kids loved it and think it's value for the money you pay we would definitely go again

If I was to put a negative it's a little bit of a walk to the main place And van could do with a little upgrade

Great location, lovely caravan. Very spacious and clean.

Not enough cooking utensils also Only downside is there’s only 1 double bed.
