Ben situat i acabats molt correctes. Espais grans. Nevera bona. Dos lavabos. Bona calefacció.

Armari cuina i rentaplats no estaven ben nets. La descripció per al checkin era deficient tant per l’arribada en cotxe com per l’arribada a peu (amb l’estrès corresponent). Les coixineres eren petites per als coixins. Codis de box de claus confusos.

"Posizione ottima ma manutenzione pessima"

L' appartamento si trova in una parte centrale della città, quindi ottimo per avere tutto a portata di mano. Appartamento grande e vivibile anche per tanti giorni.

Purtroppo le foto della casa non rispettano la realtà. La casa è sprovvista di tante cose, come detersivi, asciugamani, tovaglia per il tavolo, ci sono tante prese di corrente rotte e non funzionanti, il bagno della zona giorno è pieno di calcare e il box doccia rotto sostituito con una tenda che fa' cadere acqua da per tutto, la pulizia lascia a desiderare, pavimento sporco al nostro arrivo e dietro al divano e sotto ai letti tanta polvere accumulata,il lavandino del bagno in camera era otturato ed al risveglio dell' ultima notte abbiamo trovato una blatta morta in camera da letto. Mi dispiace dover lasciare una recensione così, perché veramente l'appartamento è in una posizione ottima e ci vorrebbe davvero poco in più per tenerlo come si deve.

El alojamiento muy, muy céntrico. Aunque está en una calle que tiene varios bares. Cuenta con aislamiento suficiente para que puedas dormir. Muy, muy espacioso y con aire acondicionado centralizado. Muy recomendable.

Como pequeña pega, diré que le falta una tostadora.

Location

It was soooo noisy during nights ! People screaming at 03h30 in all bars around . Not for people with young kids. Not accessible by car and hard to find parking nearby
