Amplio apartamento en centro histórico

Nos ha encantado el apartamento, espectacular! Muy limpio, cama cómodas y la ubicación buenísima. La bienvenida de 10, la persona que nos atendió muy amable y eficaz y el detalle de bienvenida de la botella de vino, encantador. Estoy segura que volveremos!

Large apartment. AC was working well.

* Really poor cleaning. Dishwasher does not work. If you use the washing machine, the clothes are full of white fluff, due to poor combination machine (wash/dry). There were leftover food in the oven and microwave. Plates and glasses had to be washed before use, as they were greasy. Toilet seat is loose on one toilet. All furniture in the living room is worn and smells.

Location for exploring was excellent albeit taxi struggled to actually find the address. Accomodation was as expected, clean tidy comfortable rooms.

Significant confusion over time of arrival and key collection even though constant communications between owner and ourselves. Resolved acceptably after a period of time. Lack of sufficient seating for size of apartment. Lack of sufficinet cutlery and crockery for numbers of guests (eg 3 teaspoons, 3 knives, 3 medium glasses) TV lacked options for international guests nor had instructions on operation. In general no welcome pack of information (eg hob instructions etc)

Great location. Close to the key central sites, all within easy walking access. Nice clean rooms, large open kitchen/living room space. Good aircon, flat could be kept nice, dark and cool.

Toilet room door, from the kitchen, not closing properly. Using the kettle had the tendency of tripping the fuse. I didn’t personally mind too much but there was quite a lot of noise from people in the street below.
