Very good location within easy walking distance of all attractions in the old town. Lots of bars and restaurants close by.

All the bars and restaurants around makes it quite noisy in the evening, but that would be the case for all apartments in that area.

Location is excellent. Apartment is spacious and well equipped.

No communication from the host. No contacts details at the property if there is a problem. I missed the email about the lock box and thought that someone was meeting me - this had been in an earlier email. We rang to get details about how to get in, but got no reply. No details left about how to access the WiFi. A welcome pack would be a good idea. The location is very central but there is a lot of noise at night from neighbouring bars. There should be more comfortable seating - only one two seater sofa for potentially 5 people.

Location is fabulous and access is great.

The bedroom with 2 twin beds, it would be nice to be able to push the beds together, but the cab net makes it impossible, so 2 of the bedrooms are really for single people.

Location was great, all points of interest are within a reach. The communication with the host was good, the key was waiting for is in a safe box upon arrival and we left it in the safe box prior to departure. The flat was big enough for our family of five (three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room). Both flat and the building itself were just what we were looking for - Valencia old town experience.

The location was excellent for exploring the city. You could walk to the main sights. The flat was spacious and there was two bathrooms. It had air conditioning which is a must for the weather. The bed was perfect for me, although some people may find it on the firm side.

There were a few niggles, major and minor. Firstly the en-suite bedroom and bathroom and the middle bedroom had a strong damp smell when we first arrived. We had to air the rooms everyday and it took the duration of our stay for the smell to go. The towels also smelt too and so we requested for extra towels. We raised this with the landlord and they sent the cleaner who said that it had been raining heavily before our arrival. Also during our first evening the power tripped at least 7-8 times. It was really inconvenient as we were making our dinner. We didn’t use excessive power and it even tripped whilst I was in the shower just before going to sleep. The remote control didn’t work for the tv so we just did without it. Also the table and chairs were slightly unstable and there were a few loose screws so I would suggest having them looked at and/or replaced. The shower door of the second bathroom must’ve been damaged as it’s replaced by a shower curtain. We didn’t have have any issues with it. Just note that there are a few bars round the corner and it does get quite noisy until the early hours.

Amazing, location, lovely spacious apartment. Really clean and really helpful people. right beside the key historical sites and plenty of bars & restaurants to choose from.

it can be a little noisy but to be expected given the location.
