We like that the room is located on the 20th floor and it's just a walking distance to skyranch, restaurants, and supermarkets. We woke up with fog outside almost zero visibility. The price is just right. It is the cheapest but so far, the best place to stay when it terms to value. The internet was fast (we figured that we just must turn it on). There's shampoo and bath gel provided. There are 2 house slippers provided.

The parking fee for daytime is just 60 pesos but if you park overnight, it will be 450-550 pesos. The host should change the information to the website to set proper expectation with the parking fee. The blower was not working, and we saw one small cockroach roaming around. The trash bin inside the CR is broken; you must lift the cover to put it instead of stepping on it. They only provided 2 bath towels even if we booked for 3 guests. The host informed us that there's a water leak in the A/C's hose so we should not put our things below it.

The place is good. Maganda ang location.

Just heads up on the parking if you will bring your vehicle. They do not have their own reserved parking slots therefore mapipilitan kang magbayad. I paid like ₱550+ for the overnight parking.

I booked this stay for myself to get relaxed so my expectations were met The room is so cold, it matched its thick and comfy blanket I like the view from the unit facing the city

Location near to resto's, near to places that you must visit in tagaytay. Evrything is provided. You can cook, internet is fast and reliable . Comfortable stay. Miss Jackie who assist us is nice and approchable.

The netflix expired and not working. There are small cockroaches in the cr. Hot shower is not so warm.

It's so disappointing I can hardly think of what I like about this property.

Stayed overnight on June 1 but as of this writing they haven't been returning my security deposit. They kept giving excuses like they need gcash code, low bat or they just keep saying to just wait. Today is already June 13 and no efforts from the owner, JENNIFER NUQUE to return my security deposit. I already lodge complaint to the property management of Wind Residences and just waiting directions.

accommodating host.. the electric kettle wasn't working and she bought rightaway from nearby store just to provide for us as we needed it.
