We were moved to Taal view room after the caretaker said that there were some things that needed to be fixed in the original room that we booked.

The caretaker tried to ask for additional payment since our room was upgraded. The internet connection was also fluctuating. Lastly, we were made to wait for almost two hours after our check-out just to receive the initial security deposit.

Place is close to a lot of establishments like atm's, restos, groceries & convenience stores. The kitchen is complete and the bathroom is clean.

The "Caretaker" is very horrible at communications. Only had Wifi for 2 days, when in Booking, it was to be made available the whole time, and she even tried to make US pay for it. No Security deposit returned. You need to consider a better agent. other than that, it was a nice place, minus a cockroach problem that we found (at least 20-30 roaches).

It took 4 days to return our security deposit..Need to call them hundred times before they return it

Everything is great, the room, the bed and the toilet is clean. No complains. Keys was already inside the room, no problem in keys retrieval.

Host/caretaker required me a key deposit of 1k. They didn't refund my 1k afterwards. They told me it was refunded already through gcash, but I already sent them proof of my gcash transaction history where I didn't receive any refund. They just ghosted me afterwards. Real rating is 9/10 if they refunded me back. Wifi is down for the whole 2 days, not really their fault since this is an ISP issue, but is still a slight disappointment.
