The location is amazing!

The internet are very very slow! Cause my work need a good wifi because of my work plus the leaking aircon that we have to throw the water every 2 hours.

The location is very near with mahogany market and other tourist locations in Tagaytay.

we cant use the Netflix(should be part of the amenities)and internet its not unlimited .on our 2nd and 3rd day I just used my mobile data and have it connected thru hotspot.there are few cockroaches inside the CR.the humidifier is broken.

I notice the care taker that I might arrive between 2-3pm and I arrived at the location exactly 2:50pm, i tried to contact the caretaker but it is unreachable, they only respond to me on 3:07pm, I able to check in on 4:45pm (almost 2 hrs waiting from my arrival time) because condo have issues with dues and admin is not allowing me to have authorization because of that which is not my fault, they must take care of that before the arrival of renter. They gave me 1 hr and 30 mins allowance to check out but it is not justifiable for the hassle they gave me during check in hours. WIFI: NO INTERNET CONNECTION, they didn’t load the wifi, i’m just lucky that I have still gigabytes. That’s also the reason why I wasn’t able to use the TV. I coordinated with care taker about it but no resolution. Microwave: NOT WORKING, I noticed the care taker about it and she only ask if i check the switch, i check it and all of the switch is on, it’s just the microwave. Shower: NOT WORKING, I need to ease the cold water in the morning. Terrace: There’s a traces of cigarette filters on the plant, possible from the last renter. Question is care taker did not clean that? I took the initiative to clean that before I leave. AC: REMOTE IS NOT WORKING, chance of faulty battery, if the room is too cold for us. we need to turn off the AC itself.
