Location, price and comfort

The bedroom was right on the sea front.

It was a good-sized room, clean and comfortable. Beautiful views from the window. Tracey was very helpful, and pleased to swap our dates when we asked.

When the bar outside is open in season, I suspect it may be noisy - it wasn't open when we were there. As others have said, it would be nice to have the tea/coffee/milk refilled, or be able to get supplies.

Superb location, right on the SW Coast Path. Host responded promptly to communications and was very helpful. Linen and towels good quality. Just what we needed for a night’s stay while walking the coastal path.

Looked less smart from the outside but good inside.

Sea view, comfortable and very clean accommodation.

Maybe a toaster would be a good addition.

Location was perfect and thoroughly enjoyed waking up to the view every morning.

All was good. Having somewhere on site for breakfast would have been good but lots of options available so not a big problem
