The apartment has everything you need. The location is great - everything is close by. The owner is very friendly, he gave us a list of things to see in Ayia Napa, a list of the best restaurants,.. when we come back to Ayia Napa, we will definitely book this apartment again. All praise 10/10!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Ayia Napa! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. What really stood out was the host’s kindness and hospitality—they were very welcoming, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Ayia Napa, and I’d love to come back again!

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, making my stay very enjoyable. The kitchenette had all the utensils and appliances I could ask for, and the bathroom was spotless and felt brand new. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Cyprus.

The host was fantastic and very welcoming, he moved us to a ground floor apt as my wife currently has trouble with stairs after a hip operation. A really nice guy.

Can get noisy at night but it is Ayia Napa, otherwise all OK.

Everything. 😀 The whole property meets our expectations. Everything was like it is described, and same like photos that you can find on booking. A/C is included in the price. Big and comfortable bed. Cleanliness is perfect. If we ever come back to Ayia Napa, we will definitely look up to book Takis apartments. Marios is the best Host... Very friendly and helpful...
