Takis apartments

Ist quite and very lovley, close to every intresting place. Because of food alergy I needed to cook, and i could do it there.

Perfectly clean and comfortable with everything you possibly need on a holiday! Good location with free parking, and really pleasant and helpful host!

The host was always ready to help. The apartment was clean and well equipped.

The apartment is in a very noisy place, because in front of the windows there is a square that is connected to the road in three directions, therefore the traffic is actively moving at any time.

Everything was excellent, all recommendations.

The apartment is located close to the main party streets of Ayia Napa, so it's a short walk (but the town itself is small). Some grocery store just around the corner (but we went to others by car, we liked them more). As others have mentioned, the apartment is quite well-equipped and has modern renovations. We were missing more hooks to hang our swimsuits and towels. The host of the accommodation is nice and responsive. The bed was big and comfortable enough.

I don't understand why the location of this accommodation had such a high rating. It's right next to a roundabout on a busy road, and the window faces the road. Because of this, if you want fresh air at night, you hear the traffic even louder. The air conditioner is located above the bed on the right, so there are two sleep modes: either you're hot or cold. The parking situation is very inconvenient: when you're backing out, cars quickly emerge from the blind spot of the roundabout, meaning you almost always create an awkward and sometimes dangerous situation on the road. Very often there are no free parking spaces (you can park a bit further away by the school, but then you have to cross the same roundabout with traffic twice, without a pedestrian crossing). Another minor thing, but the apartment has a small kitchen and a stove with appliances, but lacks basic things like salt or cooking oil, for example.

This is overall a great place to stay! One of the best (if not the best) experience i had with booking.com so far. Some more details: Room: Very nice. Spacious. Well equipped. Comfortable bed. Everything you need for basic meals in the kitchen. They also had some beach umbrellas you can borrow. Cleanliness: I think this deserves a separate paragraph. They clean your room, change sheets and towels every 3rd day. And It was spotless! Bravo to the cleaning staff! Host: Mario is great host. He gave us a list of reckomendations for bars, restaurants, beaches etc. He was always there if we had any questions, ready to help. Location: We quite liked the location. You are close to all major roads, so if you have a car you can go anywhere without fighting through the city traffic. On the other hand, you walk to city center in 10 minutes (max). It is a bit tiresome when you walk back because it's uphill, but nothing too bad. Parking: There are couple of parking spots in front of the apartment. There's also other parking alternatives near by (ask Mario), but during our stay we never had to use them (maybe we were just lucky).

WiFi was a bit spotty, and water pressure was a bit low. But I think both of these are more of a Cyprus issue, and less Takis issue.
